HOW LONG SHOULD I BRUSH MY TEETH WITH IT?
Do everything as usual! Brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes as usual. You will get an additional effect if you leave the Black Powder in your mouth for a few minutes. If the activated charcoal powder remains a bit between your teeth and gums, rinse your mouth or brush with your normal toothpaste. This can happen and is not a cause for concern.

SECRET TIPS FOR WHITE TEETH!
Beneva Black Powder is not intended to replace your regular toothpaste. Small black residues are nothing bad and you can remove them without problems with your normal toothbrush and lukewarm water. Less is more. Tap your toothbrush only lightly in the powder, the effect is still there. You can also combine your regular toothpaste with the Black Powder.
